but if you think that yours

are any harder

or more noble

than anyone else's 

sadly

you are mistaken—

so let go

of trying to place

your variety of suffering

within the context

of the Great Story,

and focus your energy

deciding upon

the lesson to be found

because

that is the journey

and that is

the joy
