About Me

Imaginative Vocations is a thoughtful collection of published excerpts of prose, poetry, and short stories (even some written song recordings) compiled together because they all share a common theme: imaginativeness. Its contents and design are simply that of dreaming, or— at least— a fledgling tender budding attempt to find a voice so that I, in my old age, can take hermitage in the woods and smile that one true smile of quiet writing and content and beauty.

Always considered the artist’s indulgence a sacred craft— as is the avocation and propulsion of universal loving-kindness— which is the reason for my blog on mysticism, Buddhism, and a hodgepodge of spirituality really. My only aim is to impart into all of life the impression of sacredness and eternal meaning, a remark I believe to be our purpose here on this Earth and am committed to its fulfillment with the utmost seriousness.

Not a whole lot else to say about myself. I have my own mind. Seeing the immensity of all the literary works and canons, still I seek to cultivate the qualities of the heart, of expression, of the one lone boat that sets out to the sea.
